BECOMING A MENTOR
Thank you for your interest in becoming an FDC Mentor. We believe in the saying, "if you want to go far, go with others," and we are excited to potentially collaborate with you. Please review the following criteria to be considered as an FDC Mentor. Please note that this is a voluntary role and contributes to a mentor's corporate social responsibility, aimed at raising the standards of our dear industry.
Selection Criteria
Proven expertise in architecture, interior design, or a related field. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Willingness to commit to a one-year mentorship relationship. Availability for monthly meetings and feedback sessions. Openness to providing guidance and constructive critique.
Qualifications
Solid background in the industry with relevant achievements. At least 10 years of professional experience. Ability to mentor and support professional growth. Passion for nurturing the next generation of designers and architects.
Key Tasks
Provide actionable career advice and guidance on skill enhancement. Participate in FDC mentor events, training, and community activities. Every month, a mentor will discuss assigned topic with the community. There would be a brief Q & A session after each presentation, to ensure we are all learning.

Our tailored online platform connects young mentees—recent graduates or those with 1 to 5 years of work experience — with experienced business professionals from around the globe.
Over the course of a year, they collaborate to create and pursue a personalized plan focused on the mentee’s business and personal development goals. This mentoring relationship provides valuable growth opportunities and benefits for both mentees and mentors.
